I don't know if it's a native language thing, but maybe you have misunderstood my suggestion.

I'm not sure how you have interpreted it as 'a bit over the top'

I think it would be more likely considered as 'a genuinely useful option/feature' by serious players interested in sorting / filtering / accessing specific files from their 1000's of historical matches by giving them at least the option of automatically including the error rate (even to 1 decimal place) in the filename.

To my mind, this is a much better User eXperience than having to actually open each individual match file (or manually name or log each and every file) to find out.

No problem if you were serious though.
