Why stop recording??

In Response To: Sounds like another unfortunate Monte Carlo final. (Bill Riles)

In any event, they said the recording of the match was suspended midway due to the inability to read the dice and due to the difficulty in incorporating the illegal moves.

I don't like this at all. There's a good chance the participants (particularly Lars) could have reproduced the dice later. Even if there were some illegal moves that went undetected, a record of a WC final match is a document worth keeping for history.
