Clocks and cocked dice.

I don't have a strong opinion on the rule ... but I'll just point out that the problematic case is when the opponent does not say "Agreed". The time has already been added back to the user's clock.

It's a great rule because it virtually eliminates another problem: disagreements over whether dice are cocked.
