OK, now that I read further details I see that your asking for $10 from some is not quite what I understood to have occurred.

Also, you apologized and after that she asked you not to come back?

If you were disruptive at a tournament then I could understand a TD requesting you not return. But in that case the TD shouldn't be eating dinner with you, regardless of who is paying.
