They do this at LV. However, I recall you still have 60+ people gathering around ONE bulletin board trying to read (relatively) small names/numbers.

My favorite idea (but probably too expensive -- order of $1k) is a computer projected image -- i.e. large and high up so everyone can see, even from a distance. You could do the entire drawsheet this way for the entire tournament.

Short of that, pass out sheets (ala Calcutta).

Short of that, take Neil's suggestion of posting the first round draw in more than one location.
