(difference in equities divided by square root of sum of squares of standard errors):

(E1 - E2) / sqrt (s1^2 + s2^2)

says these results are 3.5 j.s.d. separated. Chance (double tail) of that happening is about 1/2000. A bit suspicious but not completely out of the realm of possibility.
