Clock Play Rules breaks

In Response To: Clock Play Rules breaks (Mike Main)

The reality (in my experience) is that for non-clocked matches, the five minute (max) break time limit is not enforced. I don't think it is enforced in clocked matches, either, but I've only played a few of these and I don't recall it coming up.
