ABT Events definition

As far as I know, one rule for ABT events is that they must be multi-day, ie 2 day minimum. While I believe Bill Davis plays an important role in the ABT, and is the "keeper of the points", the ABT is a loosely run organization consisting of the various tournament directors. Major changes, like the new set of rules for 2008, or whether to allow the Las Vegas events into the ABT, are discussed with all the tournament directors.
