Aged and handicapped should have a longer per move allotment than I do...

Well, I've got to get a new nickname for you, Ray. 'Tin Man' no longer works. :)

And I agree with you, in principle. I'm trying to figure out how this could be implemented in practice (while you and others are working on it, too).
