If these were equal, generic NFL teams (i.e. teams whose characteristics in all categories were league average) it would have been a 4% GWC error. That's considerable.

But as you point out, New Orleans' defense hasn't stopped anyone in several weeks, AND New Orleans Offense is running on 12 cylinders. (Throw in the fact that Atlanta's defense isn't that great this year either while their passing game has been quite good.)

Adjusting for team strengths and weakesses:

15% GWC tossed out the window by punting.
