Intro to Clocks for Newbies in Pittsburgh

In Response To: Intro to Clocks for Newbies in Pittsburgh (Rich Munitz)
As I understand it, clocks are not used in Pittsburgh unless both players agree or the director imposes a clock. Would it be acceptable to have some matches played with newer players who do not have clock experience and have the DQ for running out of time waived? It would be a TD call but would be another way to painlessly expose more people to clocks and the mechanics that they require.
