In Response To: gambling ethics (Christian Munk-Christensen)

This is an interesting question because of the online part. If you compete face-to-face with someone you get a lot better "read" on their personal situation. Online it's much tougher.

An easy question with a not-so-easy answer.

One thing is for sure, though. If you are uncomfortable, regardless of the venue, then you won't be playing your best game. So bowing out has even more argument going for it than simply compassion (which I find honorable in itself).
