I can't even imagine the level of incompetence it requires to take 2 hours to decide that a roll of the dice is required. CJC being a consultant is nice, and she has a lot of experience, but she is all about warm and fuzzy, not decisive.

I disagree with this. I've seen rulings at Novi (where she is in charge -- not the case in Atlanta) where there was no waffling. After getting all the facts (or I should say "opinions and observations of both sides") she made a decision and that was that. Regardless of how long things took in Atlanta, I don't see how it was CJC's responsibility/fault what occurred.
