Bad Behavior in Michigan

In Response To: Bad Behavior in Michigan (Jason Lee)

Apologies are ONLY sincere with honest face-to-face eye contact while speaking the words that expresses the "sorry" statement (however it one chooses his words to use).

This advice came to me from a mentoring source a number of years ago, and when I am calm it works well, but if I am doing it off-hand, it seems to get glossed over by me. Ergo, we must fore-think our apologies and make that needed eye-contact --sincerity must be heard and SEEN.
