Many people have the attitude that you're supposed to eat their shit in proportion to your lead in the match.

My policy is now to tell such people to shut up, reminding them that everyone is entitled to good dice and that no one can control where and when those good dice come.

Nobody has the right to continue making snide remarks throughout a match, nor to shake the dice audibly when it's the opponent's turn.

Such tactics are commonly used by unscrupulous people to try upset their opponent in order to throw them off his or her game, and directors should view them as such.

Bad behavior like this should not be tolerated, and you're well within your rights to call the director about it, early and often.
