In MCG's position, White lacks cube access.

I can't reproduce Joe's result with my gnubg. Blue fans for -0.987 luck, White fans for -1.103 luck for a net luck of 0.116 for Blue for the fan/fan sequence. This is not in line with the error analysis (as is to be expected because 0-ply luck analysis is not very accurate), but it goes in the right direction.
