I believe (based upon the $80 pricetag) that you refer to the two volume Vision laughs at counting, with advice to the dicelorn. I always suspected the two parts of the title referred to the two separate volumes.

Agree that these are his foundation, after which he never quite made it back to that level. That's not to say his other works aren't of value. (All my comments are subjective.)
