In Response To: Controversy in the Chou (Phil Simborg)

The other problem I have with paying a point here is that it isn't covered by the rules, and isn't necessarily fair or repeatable--it's just pretty arbitrary. What will you do if the situation comes up again (regardless of which side you are on)?

What is the fair resolution here?
