In Response To: Controversy in the Chou (Matt Cohn-Geier)

. You and Phil should speak up and seek agreement to make a penalty an option for any comments or gestures that are inappropriate. .

I am saying that in the atmosphere that this all took place in, which includes your not objecting to a serious violation( I only cited RDR to point out that the rules were being bent at the time by the talking that was going on without objection)was such that it seems some slack was possibly reasonable.

. There’s a big divide between letting a fish do whatever he wants and letting him get away with some indiscretions. Phil feels if the shoe were on the other foot he would have gotten zero slack, but despite that he felt it was in his interest to settle.
