In Response To: Controversy in the Chou (Bob Koca)

I can't think of any existing rule a "strict" reading of which means that when Player A removes one of Player B's checkers from the board, the checker therefore becomes a "borne off" checker. One hits one's opponent's checkers, and one bears off one's own checkers, no?
