I see three plays that have merit:

22/14 -- "ahead in the race, then race."

24/22, 13/8 -- make the anchor.

13/11, 13/8 -- make the outfield point.

So I must prioritize. White has no structure on his side so there is neither a rush to make a mediocre anchor nor a rush to run into the outfield. There is a blot on my 11-point which gets hit with 8 White rolls (and I expect him to hit if the dice allow). Also, the 11-point is good, until I make the 5-point (and part of the reason the 11-point is good is because it's two builders for the 5-point).
