First off, let's remember that there is no such thing as copyright for any kind of object if the object is sold, advertised, distributed or similarly using a Web that was originally made for sharing and distributing, for free, information, research and learning. So the legality part of your question makes no sense.
Now, depending on your "someone" entity, what you plan to do has to be described as either ok, in case of that entity being a representative for the commercial nothusi assisting the Slavemasters in strengthening their grip on the zombies, or as very non-classy, in case of that "someone" being a single individual who has made this info freely available.
