Forced play, Player A should be strongly chastised for trying to abuse the rules. Perhaps told he wont be invited back to that chouette. If Player A continues to challenge the fast roll, then I tell him he isnt welcome, and enforce the ruling (player B re-rolls).

Getting pissy because you rolled poorly isnt in the spirit of the game. The game isnt fun when people start messing around like that. Player B should know better, and not have fast rolled. A polite player B would say "I'm sorry, my roll doesnt stand, I shall re-roll.". A polite player A would then apologise for being a complete prick.

So, what did you do Phil?
