cheapest i7 build?

DC and some others here seem to be into build-your-own.

I happen to have all the components I need (including OS, except XG -- but that will happen soon, regardless) to build a barebones system EXCEPT:

a) processor,

b) Motherboard,

c) memory.

Let's say I confine the system to a Lynnfield i7-860. How much would it cost to get the processor, MOBO, and memory to be able to run both GNU-bg and XG on MS-Win? Please give real device model numbers, price-quotes, and vendors.
