I had to look at Cube Reference Positions to get the numbers for this.

If White covers (14/36), Black wins in the neighborhood of 10%. If you treat this position as a modified race ("modified" meaning White can close the board in the future, but short of that just race) then I think White is ~75%. (Note these are cubeless numbers.) So...

(14/36) X 10% + (22/36)*25% ~ 4% + 15% = 19% CGWC.

Looks like a $-pass. I don't see that this score and cube location is going to affect that enough to make it a take.
