Maybe another alternative or secondarey way could be to setup a forum such as this where directors can post about their tour and players can address questions.

Although this idea has value, I doubt it solves the problem presented in this thread. Many players don't think a lot about the Ty they are playing until close to kickoff. Also, believe it or not, some players don't have computers! (Not being facetious -- it's just a bit surprising to me sometimes.) More relevant, most people don't bring their computers to the tournament.
