In Response To: Clock Policies of Upcoming Events (Bill Davis)

For what it's worth, I think the big push to make clocks mandatory is more likely to decrease rather than increase attendance.

Patrick Gibson's last two tournaments have been de facto clocks mandatory in the Open. I don't believe his attendance has been affected one way or another, nor had I heard a whole lot of griping about it.
