Clock policies -- terms

If you are looking to be as concise as possible, as with Nactation, I still think that a numbering or lettering system is the best approach. It is very easily remembered and takes up less space on brochures:
Clocks Mandatory could be expressed as: Clocks(M) or as Clocks(0)-the number of people that must request it to require usage.
Clocks forced at the request of either played could be expressed as: Clocks(E) or Clocks(1)-the number of people that must request it to require usage.
Clocks used only if both players agree could be expressed as: Clocks(B) or Clocks(2)-the number of people that must request it to require usage.
Clocks at the discretion of the tournament director could be expressed as: Clocks(D).
Other symbols that could be used: (S)-clocks mandatory in the semifinals and finals; (F)-clocks mandatory in the finals; (OP)-Open; (MST)-Masters; (DBL)-Doubles.
Combining them would be easy, Clocks (MST:M, OP:1S, DBL:M) would express: clocks mandatory in the masters, at the request of either player in the open until the semifinals, then mandatory, and mandatory in the doubles.
