(Keep in mind that I seldom bid and only buy back about half the time. Also I won't be in Sante Fe this year.) IMO, 1-3 have merit. I've really enjoyed the Peoria Calcutta.

To answer #4, I ask the following: if a backgammon tournament field entered a casino, would they be more likely to end up:

A) at the slot machines and roulette tables?

B) at the blackjack and poker tables?

(Assume this casino has only these four options and you can't sit at the bar. :)
