Is the outside prime strong enough to cube AtS, trailing 4 pips in the race?

Ppl keep lying to me in their posts trying to trick and deceive! Blue being on roll, a ton less wastage, and a lot less crossovers to bring his men into his inner board. Good cube even in the face of the score.
