Although I am an advocate of baffle boxes especially when used with lipped cups, people should be aware that thay are not perfect. Based on my experience playing in Los Angeles, the dice often hit the baffle and then bounce out of the box. This tends to happen more often with players who toss the dice very hard. Once in a while, this leads to ambiguous situations. One players claims one or both dice didn't go through the box and the other player disputes it. Years ago, we had a player who constantly claimed his dice didn't go through. He was actually a master manipulator who was quick to identify unfavorable numbers before anyone else noticed and he would reroll quickly. A couple of us suspected what he was doing but it was hard to prove.. Years later, he admitted to me what he had been doing.
