I have taken a quick look at your list. I may have other comments if I can find more time. There is one big problem here. You do NOT want rollout with initial position to be checked. This means that your rollout will NOT include any doubles on the first move of the rollout. This will give you a major distortion of the results. Fix that problem immediately. To see first hand what is happening, try a rollout with this option checked and with it unchecked where both sides have four checkers ready for bearoff on the ace point (and the cube already turned). (And make sure the database is off when you do this test.)
