How would you rule at Jackson's Bar?

If we're banging knuckles or I'm strafing your hand with my dice while you're in the act of picking yours up, doesn't that fall under "premature rolling"? And even if not, if this sort of thing happens as infrequently as you imply -- once every century or so -- and even allowing that it may happen more often than that -- is this highly unlikely non-event really sufficient justification for a rule that compels gratuitous reload and re-roll every 10th throw or so?
