XG: "a take error and a double error" - three examples from the Woolsey/Hast match

Three examples (there may be others as well) from the Woolsey/Hast match:
Game 6, Black on roll #6; Game 8, Black on roll #6; game 11, Black on roll #6 again.
In each case XG dings Black's non-cube action and then states the following in the white analysis box under the board: "This cube action has been analyzed and is considered a double blunder (or error) AND a take error" -- even though the cube was not sent over, and it wouldn't have been a take error even if the cube HAD been sent over. I have seen this same non sequitur XG pronouncement dozens of times in its analysis of my own practice matches. (Maybe I should be directing this question to XG Gammon.)
