Settlements are on agreement only. You are under no obligation to discuss settlements - ever. Rolling ends the discussion. Would they have complained about your rushed roll if you missed the shot? Would they have insisted on giving you a wash in that case? Any why is there any discussion of settlements on a 2-cube in the first place? Can these players not handle the swing on a 2-cube?
