OT -- College Football

As I thought.
There have been a few notable instances in the States where players should have done time for their acts. The most egregious was the Kermit Washington punch of Rudy Tomjanovich in 1977 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1k1i4Ddngg8) -- he should have done 5-10 at hard labor for that one. The second most egregious assault that comes to my mind was the Ron Behagen and Dave Winfield brutal assualt of Luke Witte (Minnesota vs. Ohio State, 1972) -- http://breadcity.org/2009/04/13/ohio-um-brawl/. Again, prison time was deserved. But, again, they let the animals skate.
