I pray that Chuck just mistyped Mark's record.

You mean my matchplay decisions aren't the only situations where mis-xxxx? :)

Two players received bye=wins of the 16 still alive: Mark Gordon and Rich Munitz. (Rich is 4-2 for matches he has played.)

I believe we all should cut Rob Maier some slack. He may be the most experimental (and open minded?) director in the ABT. He listens to peoples' concerns and, with his own intuition, etc., attempts to improve. At this point it appears that this year's experiment has a flaw or two. He will fix it in the future. Rob's a smart guy.

Note: clocks required in Open, no Calcutta, 90% return (100% in novice), no simultaneous entries in jackpots to name a few things he has done this year. All of these have been argued for (here on this forum).
