age and tennis (men's) slam titlests - OT

I did a short Google search but didn't find the answer. In the modern era, what are the oldest ages of men's individual GS champions?
Connors was once spoken of as ageless, but I don't think it's he. Sampras and Agassi gotta be in the running. If Federer matches form with those three I guess he has 2 or 3 potential years to add to his (lifetime record) total. Of course the way you revere him, maybe you can argue he'll go on a lot longer than that.
BTW, thanks for taking the pressure off. I've felt guilty in the past creating really long (particularly OT) posts. Another (non-tennis, this time) bar has been raised. :)
