In Response To: NY Ruling Dispute (Bill Davis)

Bill, I think your ruling, or approach, is sensible. But it contradicts the rule, obviously, since the rule says "concludes his turn by lifting" the dice, and you say merely "touch[ing] or slid[ing" the dice (can) end the turn. May the rule be rewritten one day, to say what it ought to mean ....
