In Response To: Two deadlines for end-of-turn? (Steve Mellen)

I could equally well postulate a scenario where one player denies he reached for the dice and the other player is certain he did.

In that case, B has clearly rolled too soon. (Neither player is claiming A touched the dice.)

But the point of my suggestion is have a gray area where neither side gets punished.
