Moving a white checker back from the 2 pont to the 3 point lowers white's EPC by .24 pips. How much will that lower blue's win percentage?

Moving a blue checker back from the 2 point to the 4 point lowers blue' EPC by .22 pips. How much will that lower blue's win percentage?

(Disclaimer for Chuck, I consulted gnubg for those EPC values)
