Depends on whom you playing with, of course. Different skill level players make different mistakes. Sometimes better players make mistakes that a beginer would never make. E.G.I have seen WC level players refusing to blitz with 55 after 41S, thinking they don't need gammons, so there is no reason to blitz.

After 43S there are posible mistakes on a second roll with [ 11, 41, 61, 43, 53, 32].

After 43Z there are posible mistakes on a second roll with [ 32, 43, 44, 64]

From this it looks like 43S may be harder to deal with. But, size of posible errors and chances of making them by players of different level are different.
