I want to play offense also, so I will anchor on the 21 pt, giving my opp quite a few poor rolls and play 11/5 leaving no shots and creating a builder to make it more costly for him to split. I will be cubing after most of my opp's rolls that are mediocre or worse.

13/7 is overkill when it works and leaves you with little advantage when it doesn't. Much better to play 11/5 and creep up on a good cubeturn.
