Advanced Backgammon, Volume 1, Problem 11

In it’s day, Robertie’s Advanced Backgammon was one of the best books around. As long as you keep a bot handy, it is still a worthwhile read.

In Jeremy Bagai’s outstanding Classic Backgammon Revisited, the most egregious errors from Robertie’s text are corrected. This position did not quite make the cut, but it comes close.
