32S-41 — Nactation Key

Family	Nactation	Traditional Notation	Note
Cross	C	24/23, 8/4*	In the C (Cross) family, half the roll is moved on the far side of the board, and the other half is used jumping over the bar on the near side. This play can also be nactated X.
Hit	H	8/7, 8/4*	The definition of H (Hit) requires that the non-hitting portion of a play be moved down (i.e., to or within the outer board). Exceptions are allowed for entering checkers and forced moves.
Up	U	24/23, 24/20	In the UV (Up/Variant up) family, all parts of a move must be played between the 24pt and 18pt, including entering from the bar.
Hit and split	X	24/23, 8/4*	With X (Hit and split), one checker hits on the near side, while the other moves on the far side of the board.
