I'd like to throw in another slightly modified though related question, :
You are 1-0 ahead in a 3 point match. You observe, that your opponent doesn't double you, until he loses his market by several miles. New score is 2a-2a.
Now consider the following question:
Assuming that your opponent won't double unless he has, say, 80% game winning chances, when would you double him? Also assume, that gammon chances are negligible for/against both sides
