I think you hit 16/15x and then play 21/18 with the 3. Hitting should give you some extra g's/bg's and advancing 21/18 looks better than 15/12 since your straggler won't be blocked on D4 and D2. Hitting on the 15-pt with the ace looks better than doing so on the 20-pt since it leaves the oppt with fewer spare pips on his side of the board.
