The Silent series of the King Size model (yet more to be documented) have fine felt playing surface. The Silent series are softer on the dice (tumbling is a little less - hence silent.) Checkers slide quite well. Paints on the points give strong friction to checkers and keep checkers on the point. If you are in a customization procedure (costs 10% of a ready made board) we can talk this and other things at length and have my advice.

The Silent series have comparatively expensive English felt and would cost 50 EURO plus freight. Changing surface of a Svilo board is not that difficult, but in my view, needs an experienced craftsman.
