Shound have realized that if we are going to break one of the anchors, we have a lot more equity breaking the 22, leaving a hole in front of our anchor, than leaving the 24, and letting white have all three points in front of our 22. Also being on the 16 provides the best possible coverage of an escaping white back checker. Definitely missed this one, but now that I see it, I am down with it, Definitely learned something here. My first instinct was the apparently good second choice, but I would have talked myself into 24/22 or 24/18 as a "safer" play, but I'm seeing that doesn't work at all. Given how crashed white is already, the 24 is a better safety anchor than the 22.
