This roll is good for the race so I try to come home, noting that I am quite a bit up in the race.

While I am up in the race, I also have a substantially better board so hanging back with a couple of checkers can make white's life a little annoying for a roll or 2. However, I am not going to hang back for long, perhaps a roll or 2.

21/16 (2), establishing a good presence in the outfield.

18/13, reducing shots and double hitters and placing the blot in front of a stripped mid point. This checker serves both as a slot and a builder if left alone.

10/5, not overly constructive and not very pure but it does reduce the sting from some of white's numbers a bit. Who knows, perhaps I can use the checker to hit lose on the ace point at some point if need be.
